We are proud to congratulate Dr. Anita Brown-Dean, Lead Optometrist at MJB Optical Bahamas, on being named Rotarian of the Year by the Rotary Club of Nassau.
This well-deserved honor highlights Dr. Brown-Dean’s unwavering commitment to service, both within the Rotary movement and across the wider community. Over the years, she has embodied the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self,” through numerous initiatives that have positively impacted lives.
One of her most notable contributions has been the establishment of a Vision Expo for the island of Eleuthera, bringing much-needed access to eye care, resources, and education to residents. Her leadership and compassion continue to inspire those around her, demonstrating the true spirit of service and dedication.
